Things To Remember...
... next time I see a crime in progress:
1. Don't just get the license plate number of the car. If you can't make out the exact make and model, at least determine if it's two or four doors.
2. Try to get a better look at the culprit(s).
3. Try not to be so darned obvious about it.
And
4. Breathe
